The Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion Information and Schedule

Cynthia Woods Mitchell Pavilion is an outdoor ampitheatre that was built in the Woodlands in 1990 at the request fo the Houston Symphony as a summer perfomance venue. Since then the Pavilion has grown substantially due to it's popularity with contemporary artists of all music genres, going from a modest facility that housed a few thousand, into a venue that can now hold 20,000 people.
The Pavilion therefore provides The Greater Houston Area with a majority of its big-ticket performances while the more centralized sports venues are occupied by its major league teams. Some contemporay performers you can expect range from pop stars such as Britney Spears. Rap icons such as Lil'Wayne. Not to mention a multitude of rock bands that range from legendary classic bands such as Judas Priest, to more contemporary bands such as Papa Roach or Blink182.
Situated on a lush green field, surrounded by beautful wooded area the pavilion is something to see and experience even without a live band to entertain you.
But be careful, despite their ever increasing capacity the Pavilion still sells out very quickly, so don't wait to buy tickets for your favorite artists at MyTicketIn.com.
