Goalkeeper Tally Hall is an up and coming star, and posted a club-record 12 shutouts in 2012. The squad is already off to a solid start in 2013, so make sure you get tickets to see the team as they march toward another MLS Cup!

Houston Dynamo History

Originally the San Jose Earthquakes, the Houston Dynamo moved from California to Texas in December 2005. When the team first moved to Houston, they were named the Houston 1836 in honor of the day the city of Houston was founded. However, this name proved to be controversial, and it was soon changed to the Dynamo, in honor of a previous Houston-based soccer team. Playing their first season in 2006, the Orange Crush immediately had tremendous success, winning consecutive championships in their first two seasons in Houston. Under head coach Dominic Kinnear, the team is a title threat every year. The Orange opened their beautiful new home, BBVA Compass Stadium, last season to rave reviews, and the state of the art soccer-only facility should house the team for years to come.
