If you select Express Delivery you will receive your tickets the next business day
If you select Standard Delivery tickets will arrive in 3-5 business days
In situations where the shipping method selected is not fast enough to get your tickets delivered to you, you will be automatically upgraded to the appropriate shipping method and billed for the difference.
If tickets are purchased far in advance, tickets may not be available for immediate shipment and will be shipped as soon as they are received in our office

If the event is re-scheduled you will be able to use your ticket toward the re-scheduled event date
If the event gets permanently cancelled, you are eligible for a 100% refund.
